In this role you shape the country-specific requirements for Smaragd, our AI-powered compliance suite. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory texts into concrete product specs and use cases, ensuring solutions meet AML/KYC, sanctions, and payments rules across EU, USA, and LATAM.You’ll analyse market trends, support RFIs and tenders, and engage with clients and SMEs to validate technical needs. This position offers global collaboration and a chance to influence regulatory product strategy and execution.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Define country-specific product requirements for Smaragd across global markets
- Systematically analyse AML/KYC/Sanctions & Payments regulatory requirements (EU, USA, LATAM)
- Derive and evolve regulatory features for the Smaragd Compliance Suite
- Translate legal texts into use cases and technical specifications
- Collaborate with strategic product management to implement market strategy
- Prepare competitive analyses and monitor market trends
- Support RFIs, tenders, and evaluations from a regulatory perspective
- Engage with clients' compliance officers and SMEs to validate requirements (remote/onsite)
- Create technical documentation, use cases, and regulatory argumentation papers
- Experience in product management, business analysis, or compliance
- Understanding of AML/KYC/sanctions and financial regulation
- Ability to derive clear requirements and use cases from regulatory texts
- Knowledge of operational compliance processes in banks (monitoring, screening, CDD, reporting, alerts)
- Structured, analytical mindset with attention to regulatory details
- Very good English; additional languages desirable (Spanish/Portuguese/German)
- Team-oriented, proactive, and international mindset
