About the roleAs HRBP, you will have a role with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities to support and facilitate the operations related to the people of the different teams globally within Fever.
As the Company is scaling up, there are a variety of processes to coordinate within the teams and this position is expected to become a strategic partner for the heads of departments in terms of coordination and execution.The day-to-day work of the position will consist of analyzing the needs of the different teams globally within Fever and making them a reality with the help of the different HR teams and ensuring that a strong relationship between teams and the HR stakeholders is consolidated.

You will be expected to coordinate and assist in:- People strategy and planning: keeping constant interaction with business leaders on a weekly basis to track and identify business needs, risk and opportunities to anticipate and set the appropriate action plans.

Supporting the key HR stakeholders in deciding and maintaining organizational structure.
Partnering with other HR teams at Global level (Total Rewards, Payroll, People Operations & Labor Relations) to build the HR strategy worldwide and ensure consistency in policies and improvement of the business.- Onboarding & Offboarding processes: controlling of onboarding and offboarding of the teams through dashboards provided by the People Analytics team and fostering improvement of the processes across the different types of teams and positions.
 •  Performance Measurement and Management: supporting the teams on the quarterly performance reviews, ensuring calibration and criteria across teams and tracking the action items agreed between the managers and collaborators.- Generalist HR: Supporting and providing guidance to Fever teams in their day to day HR matters.

Being the main point of contact for all HR issues related.

Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment- Employee engagement: launch initiatives to hear employees’ concerns and proposals to better improve the business, people operations and any other aspect related to the impact that Fever has in the society.

Coordinate and boost action plans in place to improve employee engagement and foster Fever’s culture and values.As there is an specific Talent Acquisition team in Fever, this role does not have any recruitment tasks except participation in certain interviews to provide judgment and valuation of candidates.RequirementsIn order to be successful in this role, you will:Have a degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Finance or similar.

Have +3 years of experience as HR generalist or HR Business Partner.Have experience working in a multinational/global company.Speak fluent English (C1 is a must).Be an organized multitasker.Bring emotional intelligence, empathy and kindness to work.Act as a true team player.Have a keen eye for strategy and people, and be committed to company goals.Possess strong project management and communication skillsHave initiative and ownership over work entrusted to you.You can expect to join a lovely team of diverse, hardworking and kind professionals, where a cultural fit is someone looking to have an impact and work nimbly.
