About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal HR Business Partner to join our dynamic People team at ESW. Based from our office in Madrid, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our HR strategy, ensuring the flawless execution of all People initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting to the VP of HR Business Partnering, you will help us to build a working environment that enables individuals to thrive.Responsibilities* Provide strategic partnership and counsel to leaders on talent development, performance management, employee relations, change management, organisational design, etc.* Own, create and implement HR initiatives and processes incorporating best practice to support the company's people strategy.* Coach and develop leaders at all levels within the organization, from line managers through executives.* Work with the HR business partnering team to build and implement plans for employee involvement and engagement.* Collaborate with the (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc.) to advise the design and implementation of relevant programs.* Ongoing review, implementation & maintenance of the full range of policies required to ensure HR standard process.

Communicate how to apply policies and deliver awareness.* Establish, assess and analyse HR metrics and performance indicators and design appropriate strategies.* Assist in all talent acquisition activities including experienced hire recruitment domestically and internationally, global mobility, graduate recruitment and the Internal Secondment Programmes to ensure sufficient workforce planning is in place.* Ensure that employee surveys are conducted, and that data gathered is analysed and champion appropriate programmes to achieve people and business strategy.* Support relevant manager in handling routine employee relations issues including grievance and disciplinary issues, ensuring cases are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.* You will act as a culture ambassador, fostering diversity and inclusion.* You will mentor and coach other members of our HR team.Requirements* Proven experience in a Senior or Principal HR Business Partner.* Exceptional knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Proficient in establishing positive rapport with individuals across different levels of the organization.* Demonstrated ability to successfully implement innovative People strategies and initiatives.* Flawless attention to detail and organizational skills.* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.* Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.What's on offer?* Competitive salary and benefits: Your financial well being is important to us.
