Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support refinancing and restructuring processes by analyzing financial and operational performance and capital structure
- Assist in identifying operational levers and developing turnaround plans with cash flow forecasting and financial modelling
- Evaluate restructuring options and assist contingency planning, including implications of insolvency and financing terms with legal advisors
- Perform detailed financial analysis of business plans and cash flow projections to inform stakeholder negotiations
- Strong academic background with experience in Financial/Strategic/Operational Advisory (Restructuring, M&A, Debt Advisory, Diligence, Valuation) or Private Equity
- Experience building fully integrated three-statement financial models and analyzing underperformance
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals
- Ability to build relationships with team and clients
- Fluent business level Spanish and English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) in addition to financial modelling
