In this Technical Producer role you will steer technical teams to improve performance, stability, tooling and developer experience, translating complex goals into clear plans that deliver player value. You’ll partner with engineering leadership to align roadmaps, communicate progress and unblock blockers, driving cross-functional collaboration.Reporting to the Lead Producer, you’ll oversee technical initiatives and ensure measurable impact across the studio. This hybrid/remote role supports Star Trek Fleet Command within Scopely’s Midcore division in Dublin or Barcelona.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with engineering leadership
- Act as scrum master/delivery owner for one or more technical teams to run effective sprints
- Capture and structure work into backlogs for prioritization and status tracking
- Create and maintain status reports on technical performance and risks
- Synchronize data across JIRA, Confluence and Google Sheets
- Organize meetings for prioritization and story breakdown
- Establish processes to improve efficiency and communication within tech teams and across the studio
- Maintain story- and initiative-level project status and progress
- Integrate QA bug reports into technical quality reports
- Collaborate with game producers to ensure continuous flow of technical improvements into sprint schedules
- 3+ years of production experience
- 1+ years of technical-related project management experience
- Solid understanding of Agile and its standard practices
- Experience working with JIRA
- Structured and well-organised person with excellent discipline
- Excellent communication and people interaction skills
- Ability to visualise data and convey information clearly
- Willingness to work extensively in JIRA and Google Sheets
