In this role you will own the LiveOps tooling and infrastructure for Monopoly GO!, enabling game teams to ship live content at scale. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, design, and operations to optimize automation and tooling workflows.You drive the roadmap, plan tooling initiatives, and ensure reliable, user-friendly systems for live events and economy tuning. You will partner with leadership to align priorities, improve release quality, and accelerate live operations with measurable impact.

- Own planning, scheduling, and delivery for tooling initiatives balancing technical constraints and business priorities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and LiveOps producers to identify tooling gaps and deliver scalable solutions
- Analyze workflows to streamline processes and increase automation for event configuration, testing, and deployment
- Serve as communication bridge between Live Game/Live Operations leadership and engineering for transparency and prioritization
- Drive best practices in release management, QA, and monitoring to ensure tooling stability and usability
- Maintain up-to-date task tracking in Jira or equivalent to reflect sprint status
- 6+ years of production experience in gaming with at least 2 years in LiveOps, tooling, or infrastructure for F2P mobile/online games
- Proven track record delivering internal tools and systems for game operations at scale
- Strong understanding of backend systems, pipelines, and live-ops tooling (event schedulers, content configuration tools, economy tuning)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with cross-functional influence
- Analytical problem-solver focused on workflow optimization, automation, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across disciplines and global teams
- Passion for F2P gaming, player engagement, and LiveOps excellence
- Production best practices in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
