Experteer Overview

In this Corporate Account Manager role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for medium-to-large enterprise customers in Barcelona, driving adoption of CrowdStrike’s next-gen endpoint technology. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer value, manage renewals, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You’ll advocate for customers, craft value-based strategies, and help expand CrowdStrike’s footprint within existing accounts. This is a mission-driven, fast-paced role at a market-leading cybersecurity company.

  • Serve as the main client contact and coordinate with Customer Success and Managed Services to ensure ongoing value
  • Oversee the contract renewal cycle from initial meetings to negotiation, changes, and signature
  • Achieve growth quota within the customer base
  • Build relationships with key customers and develop new champions
  • Identify whitespace and create value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells
  • Advise customers on additional CrowdStrike solutions to increase ingestion
  • Develop and execute account growth plans and strategies
  • Provide high-touch service and coordinate support issues as needed
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements
Responsabilidades
  • Full sales cycle experience in account management or new logo capacity
  • Experience selling to technical audiences (engineers, IT, security)
  • Ability to run discovery, manage full sales cycle, handle objections, and close deals
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Sandler frameworks (light exposure)
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quota
  • Ability to multitask and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and quick learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in German
  • Experience with client objections and negotiations
