As an HR Business Partner, you will shape a positive employee experience by applying your HR expertise to policy design, problem solving, and stakeholder coaching. You will run projects that align with business goals, analyze data to inform decisions, and address complex employee issues with senior colleagues.Based in a fulfilment or delivery site, you’ll collaborate across the People Experience and Technology Solutions team to drive culture improvements and talent development. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own and deliver projects aligned to business goals
- Coordinate with stakeholders for data collection and policy implementation
- Resolve high-level employee issues including grievances and disciplinary matters
- Coach and develop HR colleagues and stakeholders
- Coordinate with works councils and unions for positive employee relations
- Analyse dashboards to report key metrics to leadership at site
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience in HR in international, fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Spanish
