• Ability to think in terms of organizational capability and future readiness
• Data-informed mindset with strong critical thinking and judgment
• Ability to influence and build trust in complex, matrixed environments
• Comfort navigating policy and regulatory frameworks
• Clear communicator, structured thinker, self-driven, and ownership-oriented
• Fluent English
