In this role you partner with enterprise customers to maximise the value of the Confluent platform. You will combine technical expertise with customer-facing skills to guide best practices, resolve complex challenges, and ensure scalable, healthy deployments.You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value customers, translating goals into actionable architectural solutions and adoption strategies. You’ll work across cross‑functional teams to influence roadmaps and outcomes.
