As Demand Generation Specialist for the Italian market, you design and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to generate and nurture leads. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline growth and engagement across SMB and mid-market segments.You’ll manage events, content, email programs, and partner initiatives, optimizing performance to maximize impact. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role in a fast-growing SaaS company with a strong emphasis on measurable results and collaboration.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy for Italy, including content, events, budget management, and vendor negotiation
- Review and align marketing materials with guidelines (messaging, branding, booth materials, sponsorship assets)
- Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners, coordinating joint demand generation initiatives and co-marketing activities
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize pipeline impact
- 1–2 years of experience in demand generation or marketing with a focus on sales results
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Native Italian speaker; English mandatory; Spanish optional
