As a commercially driven Sustainability Professional, you accelerate the energy transition for clients across Spain and Portugal by turning sustainability goals into actionable energy-performance outcomes. You will bridge local market execution with a global portfolio, shaping end-to-end energy transition solutions from advisory to digital services.

You’ll drive growth for Iberia’s energy transition services, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable decarbonization and efficiency improvements. This role offers impact across buildings, technology modernization, and lifecycle cost optimization within a global leader in building infrastructure.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for building energy-efficiency and sustainability services in Spain and Portugal
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline in existing buildings, focusing on commercial real estate
  • Translate customer sustainability goals into energy performance, decarbonization, modernization, and regulatory-compliance solutions
  • Promote building automation, digital services, HVAC upgrades, plant optimization, lighting efficiency, electrification, renewable integration, and energy-monitoring services
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to enable cross-selling and upselling within the installed base
  • Lead or support commercial activities: tendering, offer strategy, customer presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Build relationships with customers and partners and coordinate with technical and operations teams for project handover
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related field
  • Several years of proven B2B sales, consulting, or solution-selling experience in building technologies, energy services, or decarbonization solutions
  • Ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts in service- or solution-based environments
  • Strong understanding of building systems and retrofit opportunities in existing buildings
  • Experience creating commercial value propositions based on savings and lifecycle economics
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, finance, and operations teams
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Willingness to travel across Spain and Portugal
