Experteer Overview

In this role you drive growth for a multinational automation and electrical panels leader in southern France. You will work with the international sales team to acquire and develop installer, contractor, and distributor clients, while representing the company’s refrigeration and automation solutions.

You’ll negotiate and close technical proposals, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, logistics and purchasing to deliver projects. This is a hands-on, cross-functional sales position with significant travel.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Plan and execute weekly sales visit schedule in the assigned area with the International Sales Director
  • Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with installers, contractors, distributors, and manufacturers in food, pharmaceuticals, commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, and refrigerated transport/logistics sectors
  • Negotiate commercial proposals and agreements in line with the company policy
  • Analyze the market and identify growth opportunities in southern France
  • Represent industrial refrigeration automation, electrical panel manufacturing (machining, pre-assembly, wiring, testing, and quality), engineering, and commissioning
  • Collaborate with engineering, workshop, logistics, and purchasing to ensure proper project execution
  • Report activities, visits, and results to the International Sales Director
Responsabilidades
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial positions within the industrial sector
  • Vocational training or technical engineering degree in electricity, electronics, automation, or industrial refrigeration
  • Proven experience in negotiation, closing technical sales, and planning sales visits
  • Knowledge of the French market and commercial culture
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical panels and technical automation solutions
  • French essential at a negotiation level; other languages valued
  • Ability to integrate into multicultural environments, highly results-oriented, proactive and autonomous
  • Availability to travel 60% of the time
  • Ability to adapt to an initial training period at the head office
