Senior Data Analyst, Acquisition at N26 to empower Marketing with data-driven decisions. You will lead the Acquisition Measurement team and shape the domain roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. You’ll drive Marketing Science initiatives, including Marketing Mix Modeling and end-to-end Test & Learn programs, and build scalable dashboards for cross-team insight.This role emphasizes data literacy, knowledge sharing, and strategic influence to boost acquisition performance and company growth.

- Contribute to OKRs and define clear, measurable goals for initiatives
- Partner with Marketing Stakeholders to address data questions and measurement strategy
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership to advise on measurement techniques and strategic results
- Drive Marketing Science initiatives: Marketing Mix Model, CLV adoption by channels, and end-to-end Test & Learn
- Build scalable analytics foundations: data models, dashboards, and self-serve resources for marketing teams
- Enrich knowledge base and documentation to boost analytics maturity and continuity
- Engage with cross-functional analytics teams to share platforms, insights, and innovations
- 5+ years in Marketing or Product Analytics focusing on Acquisition Strategies and Effectiveness Measurement
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to improve analytics maturity
- Solid experience in Marketing Mix Modeling and in driving experiments design, implementation and analysis
- Nice-to-have: fintech experience and startup exposure in Marketing Acquisition, Brand, Strategy, and Conversion Rate Optimization
- Strong statistical methods for experimental and observational data in marketing contexts
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R with clean code practices and good documentation
