As a Data Analyst, you will deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports to influence revenue, productivity, acquisition, and customer behavior. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to shape data products, define metrics, and communicate results to drive decisions.This role combines data engineering, analytics, and storytelling to solve business problems at scale. You will contribute to a data-driven culture within a vibrant gaming group.

- Develop analytical insights using existing and new technologies
- Translate customer, transactional, and behavioral data into business insights
- Present findings to stakeholders and influence strategy
- Collaborate to build data products that improve reporting and decision-making
- Engage stakeholders to define key performance metrics across the business
- SQL proficiency (relational databases)
- Experience building dashboards/reports with BI tools (PowerBI a plus)
- Experience with ETL tools (Databricks a plus)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate to non-technical audiences
- Team player with ability to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Experience in a data-driven environment and familiarity with Agile (JIRA)
