We are Maison CODAGE Marbella, the wellness concept of CODAGE Paris. CODAGE is a contemporary House of Cosmetology founded in 2010 by siblings Amandine & Julien Azencott, passionate about skincare and customer service excellence.
Our spa combines luxury hospitality with highly personalized skincare experiences, offering guests a unique wellness journey in the heart of Marbella.
Tareas
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable spa experience.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a personalized arrival experience in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Manage spa reservations, schedules and availability through the booking system
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, wellness experiences and CODAGE products
- Support the team in maximizing spa revenue through effective upselling of treatments and retail products
- Coordinate therapists’ schedules and treatment rooms to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle phone calls, emails and guest requests professionally and efficiently
- Ensure the reception and spa areas are always clean, organized and aligned with the spa’s luxury standards
- Assist guests with post-treatment recommendations and product advice to enhance their experience and encourage loyalty
Requisitos
Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 1–2 years in spa, wellness or hotel reception
Professional category: Employee
Residence: Marbella area or nearby
Languages: Spanish (fluent) and English (professional level)
