Experteer Overview

In this role you will transform raw data into reliable, ready-to-use datasets and dashboards to enable business users. You’ll work at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, building scalable ELT workflows and data models that support reporting at scale.

You’ll ensure data quality, document data transformations, and partner with analysts to deliver impactful insights. The position blends hands-on data work with shaping the data stack to drive decision-making in a fast-growing, IRL-focused environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Design and maintain ELT pipelines using dbt to transform raw data into clean data models in Snowflake
Implement best-practice data modelling and software engineering techniques (CI/CD, testing, lineage)
Develop data quality checks and monitoring scripts to ensure data reliability
Document all data transformations and models
Collaborate with Data Analysts and business users to tailor data models for reporting
Collaborate with Data Engineers on ingestion strategies and platform optimization
Tune SQL queries and data models for performance
Champion adoption of modern data stack tools and practices (Git, CI/CD)
Create compelling data visualisations in Looker for large teams

Responsabilidades

3+ years in a data-focused role (Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, BI Developer)
Expert SQL writing and optimisation
Hands-on dbt or equivalent data transformation tooling
Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Solid data modelling, ETL/ELT concepts, and dimensional modelling
Git proficiency for collaborative development
Familiarity with Looker reporting/BI tools
