In this role you will act as the functional expert for People Analytics with a primary focus on Visier, shaping analytics solutions that support decision-making. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and data teams to ensure secure, high-quality data and scalable platforms.

You’ll translate business needs into concrete configurations, support day-to-day operations, and drive improvements across the analytics ecosystem. The position sits within Digital Delivery and Operations, contributing to workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Serve as the functional expert for People Analytics platforms, prioritizing Visier.
Manage daily operations: configuration, enhancements, releases, and user management across analytics platforms.
Contribute to Qualtrics configuration and improvements.
Support build and evolution of Strategic Workforce Planning within Visier.
Admin organizational design and modeling platform.
Configure data models, hierarchies, and RBAC.
Coordinate integrations between analytics platforms and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and cloud data platforms.
Ensure security and data privacy-aligned access models.
Partner with Master Data and IT to ensure data quality and reliability.
Translate business requirements into user stories and configuration updates.
Troubleshoot platform/data issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with vendors on upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
Promote a customer-oriented approach delivering actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

Proven experience in a functional or technical role within People Analytics/HR tech
3+ years in People Analytics with hands-on experience with analytics platforms and HR data ecosystems
Mandatory hands-on experience with Visier (configuration and administration)
Experience with Qualtrics or similar feedback platforms is a strong plus
Understanding of data integrations across HRIS ecosystems; Workday experience preferred
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) desirable
Solid understanding of security models, RBAC, and HR data privacy
Mandatory experience in Agile environments with sprint execution and backlog refinement
Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborative and proactive mindset
English mandatory; Spanish a plus
