You will design, automate, and operate enterprise Windows-based systems, driving reliability and observability at scale. As a technical expert, you standardize processes across Windows OS, security baselines, and infrastructure automation to support data-driven operations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure, scalable system management and proactive issue resolution. This role offers the chance to shape Windows tooling, telemetry, and automation at a global enterprise.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Design, deploy and maintain Windows clients (Windows 11) at scale
Manage and analyze Windows components: GPO, Intune, MDM, and security baselines
Define and implement patching, update strategies, networking and storage considerations
Troubleshoot complex OS-level performance, stability, and security issues
Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, APIs, and SDKs (Microsoft Graph, REST)
Automate OS deployment, configuration drift detection, remediation, and compliance reporting
Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration standards
Enhance structured data models for telemetry and operational metrics
Collect and analyze data from event logs, telemetry, and compliance sources
Build analytics to support proactive operations, RCA, capacity and reliability planning
Develop C#/.NET tooling for system management, automation, or monitoring
Design and query relational and unstructured data with SQL and KQL
Integrate data pipelines across monitoring, security, and management platforms
Review designs and code related to PowerShell, C#, and queries
Act as SME for Windows platforms and automation

Responsabilidades

Windows OS internals
Enterprise Windows administration
GPO, Intune, MDM, configuration management
PowerShell
C# / .NET (tooling, services, background jobs)
Strong data structures, data modeling, and data analytics understanding
Azure or hybrid infrastructure experience
Endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM/MECM)
Monitoring & analytics platforms (Azure Data Explorer, Log Analytics)
Infrastructure-as-Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform)
DevOps/SRE principles
Automation frameworks and CI/CD for scripts
SQL advanced querying, joins, indexing, performance
KQL for log analytics, dashboards, trend analysis
3+ years in enterprise IT system engineering
Experience with operating Windows at scale
Record of automation delivering measurable improvements
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments is a plus
Fluent English
