We are currently looking for a Mechanical Package Engineer with experience in Package Equipment Engineering to join an international engineering team involved in large-scale industrial projects within multidisciplinary EPC environments.

Location:

Madrid or Bilbao, Spain

Work Modality:

Hybrid work model

Responsibilities:

Review technical tender documentation.

Prepare technical documentation for Package Equipment inquiries.

Analyze vendor technical proposals and perform Technical Bid Evaluations.

Support the procurement team in technical and cost evaluation of equipment.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Review project specifications and technical requirements.

Prepare technical documentation for inquiry and purchase of package equipment.

Review vendor offers and issue technical evaluations.

Participate in multidisciplinary technical reviews (P&IDs review, 3D model review, etc.).

Coordinate with other disciplines providing technical inputs (utilities, electrical load lists, layouts, etc.).

Support expediting, inspection, and testing activities.

Provide technical support during client meetings.

Prepare technical equipment specifications.

Transfer technical knowledge and support junior engineers.

Requirements:

Experience in engineering design companies within industrial, energy, or oil & gas sectors.

Proven experience in Package Equipment Engineering for industrial plants.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Knowledge of applicable international standards and codes.

Professional level of English

Nice to Have:

Experience with industrial packaged systems (compression, filtration, auxiliary units, solid handling, among others).

Experience in EPC project environments.

Participation in multidisciplinary engineering reviews.
