Experteer Overview
In this role, you will steer R&T projects in Spain from funding to execution, aligning technical roadmaps with grant opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering Spain to secure cross-divisional synergies and ensure compliant delivery of research and technology initiatives.You will handle grant and contract logistics, risk, and technology transfer, making sure projects deliver impact within budget and schedule. This is a hands-on position at Airbus Helicopters Spain with a focus on strategic funding, compliance, and stakeholders.

Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead bid preparation for national and European funding, coordinating inputs from Engineering Centres of Competence and functions
- Draft and negotiate grant agreements and consortium agreements to protect Airbus interests
- Oversee contract execution in time, cost, and quality while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Manage project risks, opportunities, change control, and contract payments
- Coordinate grant justification through periodic financial and technical reporting
- Support technology transfer from R&T to R&D with CoCs and ensure integration into development plans
- Oversee IP protection in collaboration with Head of IP
- Support technical and administrative communications with public bodies and external stakeholders
- >5 years of professional experience
- at least 3 years in a role directly related to R&T contract or grant management
- native Spanish speaker with fluency in English
- strong aeronautical technical background plus project management experience
- leadership and agility in cross-organizational contexts
- autonomy in managing complex projects with minimal supervision
- strong liaison capabilities with funding bodies and new actors
- integrity and compliance risk awareness to protect the company’s reputation
