Experteer Overview

You will work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to shape the mission, industrialization, and development activities. This role offers exposure to space programs and international collaboration in Getafe.

• Lead bid and program across initial phases (0/A) and C/D proposal preparation and execution
• Manage bid/program teams and stakeholders; ensure clear customer communications
• Make program-level decisions within proposal and contract negotiation scope
• Define project structure and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Proactive risk and opportunity management; contractual and schedule control; budget oversight
• Coordinate industrialization process with Industrial Manager
• Oversee development activities in coordination with the project team

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Airbus PM certification (at least in progress)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in aerospace with emphasis on program and industrial management
• Professional experience in studies, proposals and implementation programs for Space Systems
• Spanish nationality and eligibility for access to Reservado nacional level
