As Account Manager, you will drive water-management value for data centers in Spain, combining chemistry, equipment, services, and digital solutions. You’ll grow strategic accounts, build trusted advisor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win new business.This role supports Nalco Water’s mission to optimize water usage and uptime at scale, within a dynamic, sustainability-focused team. You’ll operate in a growing, global High Tech division and contribute to regional growth goals.

- Manage and expand a robust sales pipeline with multiple strategic accounts
- Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans aligned with priorities
- Prospect and engage non-buying or potential customers
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Serve as a trusted advisor using a consultative selling approach
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to win new business
- Deliver timely, accurate sales forecasts to support management decisions
- 6+ years of successful B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in a consultative environment
- University degree in a technical or scientific field
- Strong execution, customer orientation, and a can-do mindset
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly within Spain (and occasionally within Europe)
- Water treatment industry experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages a plus
