In this GenMed Account Manager role, you will nurture Cytiva’s customer relationships within the Genomic Medicine segment across Spain and Portugal. You’ll drive growth by aligning customer needs with Cytiva solutions, contributing to revenue and long-term partnerships.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver value, supported by Danaher’s continuous improvement system. This remote-friendly position focuses on impactful, life-sciences–driven work that advances human health.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Represent Cytiva as the primary contact for allocated Genomic Medicine accounts in the territory
- Expand business, grow sales and orders with healthy margins
- Provide technical support and coordinate with specialists to meet customer workflows
- Identify opportunities and help develop them with the team
- Maintain deep understanding of Cytiva value proposition and competitive landscape
- Prospect, forecast, prepare proposals and quotations; plan customer visits
- Negotiate master agreements and tenders with product sales support as needed
- Accountable for overall account success and growth with the Cytiva account team
- Bachelor in Life Science
- 3-5 years of commercial experience in life science
- Fluent in English
- Expert in sales techniques including cross-selling, upselling, value positioning, solution selling and funnel management
- Willingness to travel minimum 50% and possess a valid driver's license
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Knowledge of territories sales planning and business market knowledge (desirable)
