In this role, you own the Employee Experience for Iberia, linking local business needs to our shared services. You drive self-service adoption, nurture stakeholder relationships, and ensure People Services delivers measurable local impact. You’ll lead the Iberia People Experience team, handle sensitive employee relations cases, and represent Iberia in broader Europe forums while contributing to pan-European and global programs.You will help shape a people-first transformation within a complex, matrixed environment at Mondelēz.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Lead end-to-end Employee Experience delivery for Spain and Portugal, bridging Iberia with the shared services center
- Promote self-service and build relationships with Iberia stakeholders and the People Services organization
- Collaborate with People Lead and business teams to align People Services with Iberia needs and implement effectively
- Manage the People Experience team in Spain and Portugal and handle sensitive employee relations issues
- Monitor operations, prioritize missions, and represent Iberia People Services in Northern & Western Europe meetings
- Participate in pan-MEU People Experience programs and projects as part of MEU and Global People Services
- Approximately 10 years of generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Strong generalist HR skills with knowledge of Spanish employment law; Portuguese knowledge is an asset
- Experience in managing teams and delivering through SLAs and metrics
- Strategic partnership capability with senior management and change leadership experience
- Experience in a multinational matrix environment with shared services
- Knowledge of HRIS (preferably Workday) and ability to adapt to new systems
