Working with global stakeholders and technical teams, you define KPIs, implement dashboards, and support strategic decision making. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role that shapes data delivery standards and continuous improvement.

• Act as project lead for GTM data modeling in Snowflake, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Engage with stakeholders globally to gather data requirements
• Organize and structure data for efficient analysis and reporting across markets
• Analyze data to derive business value and actionable insights
• Collaborate with capability owners to define metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals
• Implement dashboards and reports in Tableau with clear usability
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of data consistency, usability, and quality
• Support continuous improvement of data delivery processes and methodologies
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align data delivery with organizational goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, IT or Computer Science, Statistics or related quantitative disciplines
• 5+ years in data management and/or data modeling
• 3+ years leading data projects
• Proven ability in Business Process Analysis and KPI definition
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, and data transformation skills
• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
• English: Full professional proficiency; additional languages a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to negotiate and influence across a matrix organization
• Results‑oriented with solid planning and organizational skills
