In this role, you will partner with the CEO Office on transformation initiatives, translating data into strategic insights that shape value, business models, and customer experience. You will evaluate markets and opportunities, uncover growth through deep dives into behavior and operations, and lead cross-functional analyses for executives.You’ll build forecasting, scenario, and financial models to size opportunities and quantify impact, helping Preply scale and improve performance.

- Assess and prioritize new markets, product opportunities, and strategic bets
- Identify growth opportunities via data-driven analyses of customer behavior, operations, and competition
- Lead cross-functional performance analyses to surface trends and provide actionable insights to executives
- Develop analytical models including forecasting, scenario, and financial models to project performance and quantify impact
- 5+ years in business analytics, product analytics, consulting, or related roles
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for influencing leadership
- Proficiency in SQL and data viz tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proactive and curious mindset with ability to investigate discrepancies
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to synthesize data into narratives
- Attention to detail and structured analytical approach
- Proven Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (driver-based modeling, sensitivity analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional analytics projects with diverse stakeholders
