In this role you design and deliver high-impact dashboards and analytics in a DATA LAB environment, turning pharma and clinical operations data into clear insights. You collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, ensure governance and data quality, and iterate on assets based on user feedback.You will work with Tableau, Power BI and SQL to enable data-driven decision making and measurable business impact. - Define and standardize KPIs in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Translate complex pharma and clinical operations data into intuitive visual narratives
- Ensure quality, documentation, and governance of analytics assets and iterate from user feedback
- Balance usability, clarity, and business impact in analytics work
- Share knowledge and mentor other ERNIans when appropriate
- Strong experience with Tableau and Power BI, building advanced dashboards with parameters, actions, DAX or LODs
- Advanced SQL skills for analytics and data exploration; DBT and Snowflake experience as a plus
- Proven background in pharma analytics, ideally with clinical operations exposure
- Solid understanding of KPI definition, standardization, and governance
- Strong UI/UX mindset applied to data visualization and usability
- Senior profile with autonomy and ability to influence project decisions
