As IT Business Analyst in the CRS team, you drive the end-to-end software lifecycle from requirements to rollout. You bridge REWE departments and the product team, ensuring clear communication and aligned goals. You model processes, write user stories and use cases, and perform SQL-based data analyses to answer stakeholders’ questions.

You test, pilot, and roll out applications, while supporting agile practices and lifecycle documentation. Your work helps optimize multichannel marketing, loyalty, and sales processes at scale.

Lead requirements gathering and translate into actionable specs for developers
Serve as interface between business units and product team to ensure transparency
Create process models, user stories, use cases, and interface specs
Perform complex SQL analyses for business areas like purchasing, marketing, and billing
Design test cases and oversee functional/integration/regression testing
Handle third-level support escalations and issue analyses
Maintain and document application lifecycle and improvements
Organize workshops to elicit user needs and facilitate decision making
Support product owner with vision, roadmap, backlog, and budgeting decisions
Promote agile mindset and participate in feedback and defect culture

Responsabilidades

Strong team player with analytical and communication skills
Able to think in processes and manage interface effects
Comfort with learning both legacy and new technologies
Excellent communication, moderation, and diplomacy to engage diverse stakeholders
Degree in information technology or business administration or comparable qualification
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with SQL and BPMN/UML for business process modeling (preferred)
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Knowledge of commercial business processes and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Very good English skills
