• Develop, configure, test, and administer ServiceNow solutions
• Customize apps, workflows, dashboards, and Service Portals
• Handle incident and request management; implement ACLs
• Platform testing, validation, and performance analysis
• Provide technical support and process documentation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Ensure alignment with business needs and best practices
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Proficient in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML/XML, and ServiceNow APIs
• Hands‑on experience with core modules and custom app development
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITIL processes, and relational databases
• Experience in testing/validating ServiceNow solutions for functionality and performance
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills in English
• Analytical, proactive, and team‑oriented mindset
