In this role you guide AI-enabled transformations for leading organisations in Ireland, blending strategic advisory with hands-on delivery leadership. You embed agentic AI capabilities into client work, shaping roadmaps and delivering complex programmes from inception to scale.

You act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while steering delivery across multi-disciplinary teams and vendors. You join a flexible, impact-focused environment that values innovative, pragmatic AI delivery and governance.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI-enabled programmes from inception to scale
Coach clients and EPAM teams on agent-based patterns, GenAI capabilities and AI-driven operating models
Manage multi-stream programmes covering AI platform build, data engineering, cloud, security and change
Serve as trusted advisor to client executives and translate AI strategy into executable roadmaps
Establish delivery governance, financial management and execution discipline across distributed, multi-vendor environments
Partner with architecture, product, engineering and data leadership to align business ambition with technical reality in AI transformations
Foster high-performance delivery culture and intervene hands-on when programmes require deeper leadership
Identify and mitigate delivery, technology and AI-specific risks for client outcomes
Contribute to pre-sales and account growth through AI-led proposals, roadmaps and statements of work
Shape EPAM Ireland's AI delivery playbooks, methodologies and thought leadership to scale agentic delivery across accounts

Responsabilidades

Senior technology and delivery leadership experience in AI-enabled transformations
Proven track record delivering at scale with Generative AI and agentic AI concepts
Experience advising senior stakeholders and guiding multi-stakeholder programmes
Ability to bridge business strategy with technical reality in AI projects
Strong governance, financial management and risk mitigation skills
Experience across AI platform build, data engineering, cloud, security and change management
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments
