In this role you will serve as Engagement Lead, owning client relationships from qualification to delivery and value realization. You act as the single orchestration point between Sales, Delivery, Solutions and client stakeholders to translate commercial commitments into high-quality execution.
You establish trusted relationships with sponsors, business owners and IT leadership, manage client communications, escalations and expectations. You drive value realization by ensuring outcomes align with client objectives and collaborate with pre-sales to shape the engagement model and delivery approach.

You oversee the deal-to-delivery transition, governance setup and ensure risks and scope changes

Own engagement from opportunity qualification through delivery and stabilization
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Delivery, Solutions and client stakeholders
Manage client communication cadence, escalations, and expectation setting
Drive value realization by aligning outcomes with business objectives
Partner with Sales and Solution Architects during pre-sales to shape the engagement model and delivery approach
Oversee SOWs, commercials and delivery plans to ensure they are executable
Align Delivery Managers, Program Managers and Tech Leads around objectives, milestones and quality standards
Ensure delivery governance, cadence, KPIs and escalation paths are in place
Proactively manage risks, dependencies and scope evolution
