Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the origination, structuring and execution of operations within BBVA's Investment Banking & Finance team. You will manage operational aspects of transactions, oversee analysts, and engage with senior clients across the deal lifecycle.You will collaborate with product and support units to structure live deals and prepare key client materials. You will help build external relationships and contribute to cross-selling initiatives while mentoring junior specialists. This is a chance to drive end-to-end transactions in a leading financial services environment and shape client dialogue at top levels.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Collaborate in origination of operations (pitches, RFIs, price & conditions, signing and closing) considering client profile and market variables
- Structuring and executing live transactions with day-to-day ownership of deliverables and deal documentation review
- Oversee preparation of financial valuation, price advisory, and fairness opinions
- Contribute to creating presentation books, management presentations, board materials, and related materials
- Participate in day-to-day client contact and senior-level servicing during end-to-end deal execution
- Coordinate with other CIB products and support units to facilitate cross-selling and execution
- Build long-term external relationships and manage client accounts, including new business conversations
- Oversee internal and external administrative tasks
- Engage in recruiting, training and mentoring of junior specialists and interns
- Minimun 7 years of experience in similar functions
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects
- MiFID certification (must be obtained if not held at start)
