Experteer Overview
In this role you support the origination, structuring and execution of transactions within BBVA’s Investment Banking & Finance team. You will own operational aspects, guide analysts, and help prepare client materials and valuation work. You’ll collaborate across product teams, coordinate multi-stakeholder processes, and foster senior-level client interactions.This is a hands-on position for shaping deal execution and client dialogues in a global banking environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Collaborate on deal origination and terms (pitches, RFPs, price & conditions, signings) considering client profile and market factors
- Structure and execute live transactions with day-to-day ownership of client deliverables and deal documents
- Oversee preparation of valuation work, price advisory and fairness opinions
- Prepare presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other deal materials
- Engage in substantial day-to-day client contact at senior levels and client servicing during end-to-end deal execution
- Coordinate with other CIB products and support units to drive deal execution and cross-selling
- Develop long-term external relationships and manage client accounts, including new business presentations and ideation
- Contribute to internal and external administrative tasks
- Assist in recruiting, training and mentoring junior specialists and interns
- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar functions
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (C1); Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects
- MiFID certification (must be held or obtained at start of employment)
