You collaborate across teams to elevate UX and ensure consistency and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

• Own and guide the design process from hypothesis to implementation, incorporating user empathy to inform solutions.
• Shape the user experience and visual language for mobile and web, ensuring cohesive interfaces across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify priorities and deliver high-impact experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and help raise design quality and practices across the team.
• Contribute to and effectively utilize the Design System and scale design components across teams.
• Facilitate workshops, distill complex requirements, prototype concepts, and test with end users to learn quickly.

• 5+ years in product design within a product-focused environment.
• Strong experience with Lean UX and Agile methodologies.
• Portfolio with case studies showing design challenges, methods, roles and outcomes.
• User-centered advocate with understanding of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collaborative, ego-free mindset with iterative, fast-learning approach.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design work and rationale.
• Solid UX understanding across mobile and desktop environments.
• Self-driven with openness to feedback and critique.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototype workflows.
• Experience building and scaling hybrid component libraries and Design Systems.
