Experteer Overview

You lead discovery and research, advocate for systems thinking, and mentor others to raise the bar on design thinking across the team. This role offers strategic influence, hands-on design, and the chance to shape thoughtful collaborations between humans and AI in finance.

• Lead end-to-end design across discovery, ideation, delivery and iteration
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability tests, synthesis, validation) independently
• Identify opportunities, user needs, and risks to influence roadmap decisions
• Design AI/automation-enabled workflows that simplify complex financial tasks while preserving transparency and control
• Evaluate impact using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product experiences
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to other designers

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams
• Strong experience independently conducting and leading user research
• Strong product thinking linking user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Excellent interaction design, information architecture, and systems thinking skills
• Strong communication and storytelling; able to articulate design decisions and strategy
• Comfort facilitating workshops and driving collaborative decision-making
• Curiosity about AI-assisted experiences and automation; iterative validation with users
• Self-aware, humble, and committed to continuous learning
