Experteer Overview

In this role you will define and harmonize test orders and strategies for ground and flight testing. You will specify methods, simulations, and configurations to align with the test strategy and growth of the flight test program. You will manage telemetry and real-time analysis, validate measurements, and ensure quality in external deliveries.

You will report findings, support experimental flight approval, and contribute to test equipment development and process strategy, with a strong focus on compliance and integrity.

Define measurement plans with instrumentation specialists for flight testing
Ensure test quality in external deliveries
Write test procedures and test cases
Contribute to development of the flight test program
Manage telemetry room for real-time analysis during flight tests
Validate measurements and test results
Report issues in project reporting tools and formats
Share test results with the design lead
Perform verification for experimental flight approval
Contribute to development and renewal of test equipment and test processes
Support integration maturity in line with planning
Maintain awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity
