As Workday Lead, you drive the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of ICON’s Workday ecosystem to deliver business value and scalable employee experiences. You will partner with HR and IT leaders to balance innovation with compliance, shaping a clear product vision across a global organization.You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance Workday functionality while ensuring data integrity and SOX controls. This role offers the chance to influence how acquisitions are integrated and how the platform grows with the business.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own and execute the Workday product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities where Workday can address challenges and improve the employee/manager experience
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new Workday capabilities
- Translate business needs into product requirements, epics, and roadmaps while managing scope, timeline, and resources
- Ensure SOX compliance, data integrity, and IT Change Control across Workday initiatives
- Build business cases to secure funding for Workday and HR tech programs
- Provide strategic recommendations on new technologies, Workday features, and integrations
- Support integration of newly acquired companies into the Workday ecosystem
- Prioritize product backlogs and demand in line with stakeholder objectives and capacity
- Mentor product and HR tech teams to foster ownership and continuous improvement
- Stay current on Workday releases and HR tech trends to inform strategy
- Collaborate with executives and vendors to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions
- Extensive product management or platform ownership experience with enterprise solutions
- Hands-on leadership of Workday design, development, and evolution in a large, global organization
- Strong ability to partner with HR leaders to deliver data-driven, customer-focused solutions
- Proven track record leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing multiple initiatives with prioritization and coordination across teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills balancing vision and execution
- Excellent communication, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Willingness to be in Dublin, Ireland office 3 days a week
