Experteer Overview
As an AI Enablement Partner, you connect business functions with Data and Engineering to turn AI potential into practical, used solutions. You’ll shape strategy, write playbooks, and build frameworks, working closely with teams until AI tools become a daily habit.You’ll own a function cluster, coach champions, and contribute to cross-functional programs that elevate the whole company. This role blends hands-on creation with governance to unlock rapid, responsible AI adoption at scale.

- Be the first responder to AI-solvable problems within a function; build quickly or route to engineering as needed
- Map, prioritise and drive the AI use-case backlog for your functions
- Co-own Glovo's AI upskilling programme alongside Data and People teams
- Activate, coach and sustain the AI Champion network to scale adoption
- Lead at least one cross-functional programme (e.g., ROI framework, tooling governance, use-case library, training curriculum)
- Shape AI spend governance to enable speed with cost control
- Co-own the company-wide AI OKR and define progress for a 3,000-person organisation transitioning to AI-first
- Ensure reuse of successful use cases across functions and break silos
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, product or similar roles at a fast-paced tech company
- Track record of delivering complex programmes to real outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management; comfortable interfacing with executives and analysts
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools; ability to onboard non-technical users to AI
- Experience with workflow automation or no-code/low-code tooling (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Make, Claude)
- Ability to draft playbooks and operate with minimal guidance
- Strategic thinker with operational sharpness; natural connectors; influence without formal authority
