As Analytics Engineer I in Data Enablement, you will help build reliable data foundations and enable data products for business teams. You will grow alongside senior engineers, translating requirements into simple data solutions while applying AI literacy to real use cases.

You contribute to data quality, documentation, and AI-assisted workflows that enhance decision-making. This role offers growth toward owning small data products and contributing to AI-enabled data initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Develop reliable datasets, data models, and analytical assets for business and technical teams
Collaborate with senior engineers to translate business requirements into data solutions
Write, test, and maintain SQL transformations with emphasis on quality and documentation
Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, understandability, and fitness for purpose
Apply AI literacy to analytics use cases, including prompt design and responsible AI usage
Contribute to knowledge bases, documentation, and best practices for safe data and AI tools
Partner with stakeholders to identify repetitive pain points and opportunities for better data products
Apply engineering best practices for version control, testing, monitoring, data quality, and access control
Progressively grow to own small data products and contribute to AI-enabled data initiatives

Responsabilidades

1-2 years in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Strong SQL knowledge (joins, aggregations, filtering, date logic, debugging)
Basic data modeling understanding (fact tables, dimensions, entities, granularity, data quality)
Python or another programming language for data work
Experience with Git or similar version control practices
Above-average AI literacy with practical use of AI/GenAI tools for coding, analysis, or productivity
Understanding that AI outputs require review and validation
Interest in modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Looker
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication
Attention to detail and willingness to document work
