In this role you drive the early-stage sales motion for nCino’s cloud banking platform, building a robust territory pipeline alongside Account Executives. You identify and qualify opportunities within financial services, engaging senior decision-makers with credibility.You collaborate across Marketing, Partners, and Solution Specialists to craft integrated campaigns and help the wider GTM team win. This role combines strategic prospecting with hands-on deal progression in a fast-paced fintech environment.

- Identify, engage, and qualify prospects across financial services via outbound, inbound, social selling, and events
- Lead discovery conversations with senior decision-makers to surface priorities and position value
- Advance opportunities through initial pipeline stages until handover to Regional Sales Director
- Map key stakeholders using intent data and sales intelligence tools (SalesLoft, 6Sense, LeadIQ, LinkedIn Navigator)
- Track and manage pipeline activity in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with EMEA Marketing, Partners, and Solution Specialists on territory campaigns
- Represent nCino at events to generate qualified pipeline
- Contribute market and prospect intelligence to sharpen messaging and territory strategy
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or consultative sales in software/tech, ideally fintech
- Track record of owning end-to-end pipeline in early-stage complex sales
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments at senior levels and handle objections
- Hands-on proficiency with SalesLoft, 6Sense, LeadIQ, LinkedIn Navigator or equivalents
- Strong commercial acumen about how financial institutions think and buy
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional European languages are a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage a dynamic territory
- Collaborative mindset to work with AEs, Marketing, Partners, and Solution Specialists
