Your work will shape forecasting models, profitability analyses, and dashboards for local and HUB management. • Support Financial Director with control analysis and planning
• Coordinate with HUB Controlling on shared projects
• Manage month-end cycles and allocations
• Analyze monthly closures against planning targets
• Assess cost development and deviations for actionable insights
• Develop and monitor performance indicators and business models
• Set up dashboards and reports for Local Management and HUB
• Prepare profitability analyses for Retail/Wholesale projects
• Contribute to annual forecasting and reviews with Business Areas and other departments
• Assist with system planning and cross-functional data integration

• Experience in standard FP&A cycles in a structured company
• 2–3 years as a Financial Controller Iberia
• Strong financial background with understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS a plus)
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain financial narratives to stakeholders
• Forecasting model development and variance analysis experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with HUB/HQ
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint; Power BI and SAP knowledge a plus
• English proficiency; Spanish or French knowledge valued; Madrid-based
