As an HR Business Partner, you drive people strategy in Operations Portugal, translating business goals into HR priorities and supporting performance and development. You partner with management, Centers of Expertise, and HR services to shape country-level HR initiatives and strategic discussions.You champion the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to offboarding, ensuring strong people practices across the organization. This role offers impact across a multinational, matrixed setting and opportunities to influence global HR strategy.
