In this role you will partner with regional leadership to shape and deliver people strategies that support growth in the Europe BESS region within the energy sector. You will influence organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development while driving change, engagement, and a strong people culture across multiple locations.The role offers regional impact by aligning HR initiatives with business goals and collaborating with Centers of Excellence. You will work in a fast-paced, matrix environment and enable data-driven decision making.

- Support and manage recruitment in collaboration with hiring managers, including workforce planning and selection
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Lead and support change management initiatives in a dynamic energy market
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and leadership development across locations
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations in line with local labor law and regional practices
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on learning & development, and compensation & benefits
- Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with regional/global HR policies
- 5+ years as HR Business Partner, preferably in energy, industrial, or related sectors
- Experience supporting regional multi-country operations, not limited to one country
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR practices; familiarity with broader European HR landscape
- Experience in fast-paced, matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
- Proven ability to manage change and drive transformation initiatives
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Fluent in English and either German or Spanish (preferred)
