Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support ING Bank in Spain to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and societal expectations, upholding integrity and the Orange Code. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to embed regulatory controls across the business and contribute to a robust compliance culture.The position offers involvement in global compliance initiatives, training, and continuous improvement of the control environment, with meaningful impact on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Support analysis of current and future regulations and their implementation
- Monitor compliance with regulations and policies, and report incidents in Financial Economic Crime
- Optimize control environment with MLRO and Head of Compliance, including training initiatives
- Execute 2nd line of defense controls on processes and procedures against AML/TF
- Monitor initiatives already implemented
- Assist in preparing Compliance Manuals and periodic reviews
- Support ongoing organization-wide training on compliance
- Conduct special analyses of potentially suspicious operations for supervisor submission
- Analyze and implement local regulation
- Participate with Global FCC Community and global teams as applicable
- Education in Compliance or Risk and Control Management; Bachelor in Law or Double Degree in Law/ADE, Economics
- Knowledge of AML/TF regulations and bank processes
- Experience with compliance risk assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of AML/CFT regulatory framework
- Team player with ability to work in international teams and independently
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
