As a Sr. Account Manager at CrowdStrike, you drive success for regional enterprise clients by owning the full sales cycle, from discovery to renewal. You will advocate for customers, expand adoption of our endpoint technology, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.Expect to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and help shape account strategies that maximize growth. This role suits a customer-focused salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven security company and can engage in compelling value-based conversations.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Serve as primary client contact coordinating with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure customers realize value
- Manage contract renewal cycle from initial meetings to negotiation and signature to maintain escalated ARR renewals
- Achieve new sales growth within the existing customer base
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers, creating new champions
- Identify whitespace and develop value-based presentations for upgrades and cross-sells
- Consult with customers to recommend additional CrowdStrike solutions for increased ingestion
- Devise account strategies and plans to maximize growth
- Provide high-touch service and coordinate escalation of support issues
- Provide product feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements
- Full sales cycle experience in account management or net new logo sales
- Ability to engage a technical audience (engineers, IT, security)
- Proven discovery, selling strategy, objection handling, partnership engagement, and closing skills
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Sandler frameworks (light experience)
- History of meeting/exceeding quota in a metrics-driven role
- Ability to multitask and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Italian and English
