Urgent Hiring – German Account Manager (Barcelona, Hybrid) | Relocation Included

We are hiring a German Account Manager to join a high-growth digital advertising project in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies for German clients
  • Provide performance-driven insights and recommendations to maximize ROI
  • Build long-term client relationships via phone, video calls, and email
  • Work towards sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
  • Fluent German (C1 minimum) and professional English level
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6–12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and leadership potential
  • Interest in marketing, technology, and digital advertising
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience)
  • Sales bonus: up to €3,000 – €4,290 gross/year
  • Relocation support: flight ticket + one-month accommodation + private health insurance support
  • Permanent contract and full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
