We are hiring a German Account Manager to join a high-growth digital advertising project in Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model).

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies for German clients
- Provide performance-driven insights and recommendations to maximize ROI
- Build long-term client relationships via phone, video calls, and email
- Work towards sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Fluent German (C1 minimum) and professional English level
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6–12 months of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and leadership potential
- Interest in marketing, technology, and digital advertising
- Salary: €24,310 – €30,000 gross/year (based on experience)
- Sales bonus: up to €3,000 – €4,290 gross/year
- Relocation support: flight ticket + one-month accommodation + private health insurance support
- Permanent contract and full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
