In this role, you will lead end-to-end supply chain projects at Novo Nordisk Spain, blending operational excellence, financial oversight and stakeholder collaboration to improve performance. You will plan, coordinate and deliver strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and full GDP compliance. You will drive lean thinking, continuous improvement and innovation across supply chain processes. You will partner with internal functions and external partners across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance & Operations to align on project goals and drive impact. • Lead planning, coordination and execution of supply chain projects with defined timelines and resources
• Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial risk mitigation
• Build and sustain relationships with internal functions, external partners, vendors and distributors to ensure alignment
• Ensure GDP compliance across the distribution chain and alignment with Novo Nordisk practices

• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field; additional project management training a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain project management, preferably in pharma/healthcare
• Digital mindset and LEAN orientation with ability to identify efficiency opportunities and collaborate with IT
• Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate at all organisational levels
• Structured, analytical, proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation

• Salary: 69,080 to 115,360 EUR annual base
