Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive and support manufacturing engineering activities for Flight Line and Delivery Center, collaborating closely with the Flight Line ME team to optimize installation, routings, BoM, and shop floor processes. You will lead feedback loops with Production, manage shop floor issues, and ensure data integrity across planning and materials.You will contribute to continuous improvement and risk management (P-FMEA/FMEA) while aligning with supply chain requirements and PPE considerations. This position offers hands-on impact in a high-operations environment within Airbus Defence and Space.

- Create/update routings, BoM, and SOI considering shop floor needs
- Time calculation and Work Preparation Golden Rules per processes
- Specify industrial asset requirements (jigs, tools, machines)
- Plan regular feedback loops with Production Team and escalate issues
- Participate in Production Team routines and support shop floor issues
- Support shop floor continuous improvement with work prep expertise
- Evaluate PPE impacts and translate industrial requirements to design & supply chain
- Accountable for configuration management and data consistency in supply chain
- Run and support P-FMEA/FMEA
- Provide technical expertise to DPE as needed
- Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
- At least 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering
- Around 5 years of experience with A400M aircraft
- High adaptability to new topics and cross-functional networks
- Advanced level in English and Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to propose new ideas
