Experteer Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer in the Flight Line and Delivery Phase, you will support the A400M assembly, testing, and operation processes. You’ll collaborate with the ME team to optimize time, routings, BoM, and test means, while ensuring quality and safety requirements.You will provide shop-floor support, drive continuous improvement, and manage configuration and data integrity across the supply chain. This role offers hands-on experience with A400M ground tests and cross-functional collaboration in a multinational environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Collaborate with Flight Line & Delivery Phase ME to define time calculations and work preparation rules
- Develop and support ground test procedures and processes to meet Engineering, Quality, and HSE requirements
- Create/update routings, BOM, and SOI to align with shop-floor needs and design solutions
- Specify industrial assets (jigs, tools, tooling, machines) and test means and tools
- Plan regular feedback loops with Production Team and address key work prep issues
- Provide shop-floor support during ground tests and assist with ground test evaluations
- Support evaluating industrial impacts of modifications and ensure configuration management
- Run and support FMEA/P-FMEA and ensure data consistency across supply chain
- Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree (or related discipline)
- At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Around 3 years of experience with the A400M aircraft
- High adaptability to new topics and networked work
- Advanced level in English
- Advanced level in Spanish
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to propose new ideas
